Nocturnal Rumination: The Root of All Things

It was written that “the bad gains respect through imitation, the good loses it especially in art” by Nietzsche.  This is a point I try to remember when I’m looking for music or through art or other means.  One is not a “great” writer because they write about preexisting characters in a preexisting imagination through which they had no creative license.  Fan-art and the ability to produce it is just that – hero worship.
